A. Permitted Use

The Site is provided for informational and educational purposes. You may access and read the Site's Content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may contact us through the provided channels to request information about the course.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content from the Site without our prior written permission. You may not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or index the Site's Content in bulk.

B. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Site, including but not limited to text, course framework descriptions, structural diagrams, visual design elements, and the overall site structure, is the intellectual property of Ditocu Favowu or used with appropriate authorization. These materials are protected under applicable Polish and EU intellectual property law, including the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights of 4 February 1994 (Ustawa z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych).

The Ditocu Favowu name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers. Use of these identifiers without our written consent is not permitted.

D. Links and Third-Party Content

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

E. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Polish and EU law, Ditocu Favowu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its Content. Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with the Site shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Polish law, including the provisions of the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny) and consumer protection legislation.

F. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Polish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Katowice, Poland, except where mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise. If you are a consumer within the meaning of Polish consumer protection law, you retain all rights afforded by applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation, which these Terms do not override.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
